Available Faculty and Staff Positions

Please note it is important to use the correct portal.

External Applicants (You are currently NOT a Texas A&M System Employee)

During the application process, the “My Experience” page has a section provided “Attachments such as Resume/CV, References, Cover letter, etc.” to upload required documents.

  • Use the Upload button to add each document.
  • You will be able to upload up to 5 documents. Be aware that the maximum size allowed for any one document is 5MB.
  • All documents must be electronically submitted through the Texas A&M Online Employment Services website to be considered.
  • Incomplete or improperly submitted applications may be excluded from consideration.

Please provide the following documents:

  • Cover Letter
  • Resume/CV
  • Three professional references with complete contact information (Unsolicited letters of recommendation will not be considered).
  • Transcripts (Unofficial will be accepted with application. Official transcripts are required at time of verbal offer).

Note: If transcripts are from an international institution, it is the responsibility of the prospective faculty member to have the transcripts translated and evaluated by an approved credential evaluator.

Internal Applicants (You currently ARE a Texas A&M System employee.)

During the application process, you have one opportunity to upload documents as a combined PDF. The page “My Experience” has an area provided under Resume/CV to drop or upload the file.

This one combined PDF must include:

  • Cover Letter
  • Resume/CV
  • Three professional references with complete contact information (Unsolicited letters of recommendation will not be considered).
  • Transcripts – If required for the position (Unofficial will be accepted with application. Official transcripts are required at time of verbal offer).

You will access Workday through your SSO log-in. Follow these steps to view and apply for any open positions:

  • Log into Workday on the SSO Menu
  • Select the Career worklet
  • Select Find Jobs – Internal Career Site

The Internal Career Site will reflect current open positions for your review/application.

For internal applicants to submit a complete application the Professional Profile (education, job history, and other professional information) must be updated through the Career Worklet in your current Workday profile.
